Entrepreneurship strategies and their relationship to managing small projects from the perspective of entrepreneurs

Abstract

The current research mainly aims to study entrepreneurship strategies in their dimensions (strategic thinking - creative behavior - social media) and their relationship to managing small projects with its axes (financial resources management - human resources management - marketing management), studying the differences between owners of small projects in entrepreneurship strategies in its dimensions - small projects management with its axes. The research tools include: (General Data Form for Entrepreneurs - Entrepreneurship Questionnaire with its Dimensions - Small Projects Management Questionnaire with its axes). The study tools were applied to 125 young people chosen intentionally, provided they are owners of small projects and belong to different economic and social educational levels. The data were classified and tabulated using the statistical methods of using SPSS 21 program. The results showed that: There is a positive correlation between the dimensions of strategic thinking, creative behavior, and social media for owners of small projects and the axes of small projects (Human Resources Department - Financial Resources Department - Marketing Department - Total Small Projects Department). There are statistical differences between the average scores of male and female small business owners in the social media axis in favor of females. The study recommended that it is crucial to enact laws on small projects to motivate young people to establish and develop small projects.
