Marriage Obstacles to the Faculty of Specific Education Students and its Relationship To Satisfaction for life

Abstract

The current research aims at recognizing the "Marriage Obstacles" for the Faculty of Specific Education students, and its relationship toSatisfaction for life. The research was applied on a sample of (200) male and female students; from the Faculty of Specific Education at Mansoura, and its two branches at (Meniat El-Nasr and Meet Ghamr); and from different economic and social levels. The study took the period of (two) months; and the research followed the "Analytic Descriptive Approach". The research's data was collected through the use of the "General Data Form" to identify the different social and economic characteristics of the university students and the use of a "Marriage Obstacles Questionnaire".and the scale of Satisfaction for life. To analyze the data, the researcher used the following tools: repetitions accounting, percentages, the arithmetic mean, the standard deviation, the degrees of freedom, Chi-squared Test, Pearson's Correlation Coefficient, t- Test, Tukey's Test, Analysis of Variance, and F-Test.
The most Important Results came as follows:
-There are statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) between the averages of the Faculty of Specific Education students' response to identifying the "Marriage Obstacles" as a whole and at each one of its axes; according to the "Gender" (in favor of the male students); according to the "Age" (in favor of the age of 22 or more); according to the "Order between the siblings" (in favor of the last one of the siblings); according to the "Place of Residence" (in favor of the urban areas); according to the "Father's and mother's Educational Level" (in favor of the low educational level); and according to the "Monthly Income" (in favor of the low income).
- There are no statistically significant differences  between  the Faculty of Specific Education students' response to identifying the scale of Satisfaction for life according to some social and economic variables.
-There is a reflexive significant direct correlation at the level of (0.05) between Marriage Obstacles" to the Faculty of Specific Education students' 'and the Satisfaction for life.
