The Big Five Personality Factors and its Relationship with Psychological Adjustment Faculty of Home Economics Minufiya University

The research aims to identify the relationship between The Five Big Personality Factors and Adjustment with its (dimensions), study the effect of specialization on the relationship between the Five Big Factors and compatibility, as well as to predict the adjustment with its dimensions according to the degrees of the sample students on the scale of the big five personality factors , the sample consisted of (347) students from the students of the second and the third year in all departments of study at the Faculty of Home Economics, Minufiya University, The researcher prepared amajor figure of the Five big Factors, and adjustment.
 
the results of the research:
- There^,s anegative invert relationship at the level (0.01) between neuroticism and adjustment (dimensions) of the students of the faculty of Home Economics, MinufiyaUniversity.
 
 
 
- There^,s a positive related relationship at the level (0.01) between factors (Extraversion, Agreeable, Openness to experience) and adjustment (dimensions) of the students of Home Economics faculty,  MinufiyaUniversity.
          
- There^'s a positive related relationship at the level (0.01) between the dedication factor and adjustment (dimensions)  (except the social adjustment the value of correlation diden't reach the required level)

- There^'s a positive related relationship at the level (0.01) between the total score of students on the scale of the big Five Personality Factors,  and the total score of adjustment (dimensions).
 
- There^'s asignificant differences in the relationship between the scores of the Big Five Personality Factors and the score of adjustment (dimensions).
 
 
- we can Predict the  social adjustment of the sample students according to three factors :( extraversion, Agreeable, neuroticism).
 
- we can Predict the Healthy adjustment and Psychological adjustment of the  sample students according to neuroticism factor.
 
 
- we can Predict the Academic adjustment of the sample students according to two factors ( Conscientiousness and Agreeable).
 
- we can Predict the adjustment as all as  of the sample students according to three factors: (neuroticism ,extraversion and Conscientiousness).
