Housewife On The Ability Of Family Decision –Making And Its Relationship With Family Marital Statisfaction

Passes one of us in his daily life positions require him to take a decision or more of the discharge and treatment process of the decision-making process are important in our lives and these decisions is the process we live every moment of our lives , targeted research in general, the study of the relationship between the ability of the goddess of the family to be taken of the decisions of the family and its relationship to Balredaalzoajy , this study was conducted on a sample of 218 Housewife from rural and urban province of Kafr el-Sheikh, Menoufia was squamous object-choice way for
heads of household levels of different socio-economic and living with their husbands and children in one house. The study followed a descriptive analytical method, a description of what is an object of certain properties by collecting data and draw conclusions, and the conclusions. The data was analyzed using descriptive method through percentages and the arithmetic mean and standard deviation, as well as the analytical approach through Cronbach's alpha coefficient Alpha Cronbach, Test T.test, account analysis of variance One Way Anova.

Questionnaire to study the relationship between the ability of the family to the goddess of the decisions taken family and its relationship to marital satisfaction , and includes the following : -
A - the focus of public data for heads of household .
B - the focus of the family 's ability housewife on the decisions taken family .
C - axis of marital satisfaction .
Data was collected through personal interview of the month of August-October2012

- There are significant differences between the average scores of the study sample heads of households in each of the rural and urban areas in the level of The ability of the family to the goddess of the decisions taken at the family level of significance in favor of the 0.001 urbansample .
- There are significant differences between the average scores of women heads of households and non- workers in marital satisfaction at the level of significance of 0.001 for the benefit of workers.
There is a positive correlation between the level of heads of families on the ability of the decisions taken and the family as a whole between marital satisfaction and the level of significance at 0.001 , this means that the higher the level of heads of families the ability to decisions taken to the family as a whole higher level of marital satisfaction

Adoption of seminars , lectures, seminars and workshops by the officials on the steps of the scientific decision-making to increase the awareness of female heads of households and private non-working nature of the decision-making family
