The researchers used descriptive analysis and experimental method, and they used statistical manner of T-test, single variation analysis and variable comparisons.  Results:There are statistically significant differences at the level (0.01 ) between the mean scores of the awareness and skills of non-specialists students in clothes rationalization consumption (purchase - use - care) clothes and renew and recycle old clothes depending on the area of housing for the favor of urban.
