The current study aimed mainly to demonstrate the effectiveness of human development programs for teachers and their relation to the management of life skills for students of basic education, through the achievement of the following sub-goals: determine the level of awareness of the teacher of the importance of human development programs dimensions (time management program - professional excellence program - art program to deal with others), to determine the level of life skills to students and acquired by the teacher administration, disclosure of the relationship between the awareness of the teacher of the importance of human development programs and management of life-skills acquired for students of basic education, disclosure of the differences between teachers study sample in the awareness of human development programs before and after the extension programs application, detecting differences between the study sample students in the awareness of the management of the life skills before and after the extension application software, and included a sample of basic study by an application program (200) teachers, 200 students from basic education students from rural and urban schools and various departments in Monofia It different social and economic levels were selected deliberate manner and included basic sample after the application program (25), teacher, 25 students from basic education students from the same schools and departments applied to them following the study tools: -astmarh public data for teachers, a questionnaire assesses the awareness of teacher development programs human dimensions, the public statements of the students form, questionnaire assesses the level of basic education students manage their skills and life dimensions (and all of them were prepared by the researcher), The study followed the descriptive analytical method due to its suitability to the subject of the study, and the study results showed that: There is a positive correlation between the awareness of teachers program The art of dealing with others and the total score of the level of life skills management dimensions (management communication skill - the skill of decision-making management and problem solving - academic skills administration) for students of basic education at the level of 0.05, there is a positive correlation between the total score for the awareness of teachers and human development as a whole programs dimensions (awareness program time Management - awareness program Altnmes professional - awareness of the art of the program dealing with others) and the total score for the level of management and life skills for students of basic education as a whole dimensions (management skill of communicating with others - management skill of decision-making and problem-solving - academic skills administration) at 0.01 connotation, there is a positive correlation between the awareness of teacher development programs and human dimensions (awareness program time-management awareness program excellence vocational-awareness of the art of dealing with others) as a whole, educational level of teachers at the level of 0.01, there is no correlation between the awareness of the teacher human development dimensions programs (awareness program time management-awareness program excellence vocational-awareness of the art of dealing with others) as a whole faculty and phase, which taught her, no statistically significant differences between mean scores of teachers awareness of human development programs dimensions questionnaire program (awareness management program time - awareness program of professional excellence - awareness of the art of the program dealing with others) before and after the application of the program in favor of the dimensional application level of significance 0.05, no statistically significant differences between the basic education students manage life skills dimensions level (skill to communicate with others - the skill of decision-making solving problems - academic skills) before and after the application of the program in favor of the post test at the level of 0.001.
