Childhood is considered the beginning of the child growth. Also, it is the main stent and substrate of growth stages. The first years in the child's life plays a crucial role in shaping his trends, directions and values. Moreover, clothes has a big effect on the child psychology especially the child tends to wear the stranger and spectacular clothes. There are some arts that can be used in designing innovative clothes for children .One of them is "smocking" . It is folds in texture then it is stabilized with decorative stitches so that it increases its beauty. It is a kind of holographic modeling which needs a great capacity for imagination and innovation in order to realize its different sides.
