Manageiral Efficiency And It's Relation To The Quality Of Family Life Among Mothers Of Children With Mental Disabilities

This research aims to study the relationship betweenManageiral Efficiency and the Quality of Family Life among Mothers of children with Mental Disabilities. Data were met through the application of research tools of (general data form, Manageiral efficiency scale, Quality Family of Life scale) The sample of research was composed of (147) mothersof children with mental disabilities and those who are able to learn at the school of Intellectual Education in Fayoum Governorate and they are aged between (20-50) years and have at least one son, from different socio-economic levels, and statistical analyses: we used (S.P.S.S)  for Calculate repetitions and percentages for study variables., Alpha cronbach, SPLIT, Guttman ,and Spearman Brawn ,and mid-term division Jeetman to determine the stability of the parameters used, as was done a (T. test) to identify the direction of significance of differences between the study variables, pearson correlation coefficient. The main results of the study can be summarized as follows: There is  positive correlative relationship at the indicative level (0.01) among all axes of the Manageiral efficiency scale for mothers of children with mental disabilities and the axes of the quality of family life scale, also There are indicative statistical differences at the level (0.01) among the axes of the Manageiral efficiency scale for mothers of children with mental disabilities according to the  mother's work. while the differences depending on gender of the disabled were not statistically significant. The results exposed that there are indicative statistical differences at the level (0.01)among the axes of the quality of family life scale for mothers of children with mental disabilities according to the  mother's work- gender of the disabled. The researchers confirmed there is correlative relationship at the indicative level (0.01) among all axes of the Manageiral efficiency scale for for mothers of children with mental disabilities and some variables of economical and social level(Mother's age, marital life, mother's educational level,number of children, family income). The results proved that There is correlative relationship at the indicative level (0.01) among all axes of the quality of family life scale for mothers of children with mental disabilities and some variables of economical and social level(Mother's age, marital life, mother's educational level, number of children, family income).                  
In the light of the results the most important recommendations were: "activating the role of specialists to to raise awareness of the concept of Manageiral efficiency because it have a significant impact on providing the quality of family life for mothers ,with emphasis on communion and collaboration between workers in the field of disability for civil and governmental institutions and workers in other fields, in order to promote the type of services provided to persons with disabilities and their families, Conduct more inter-research in the fields of home economics.
