The main aim of the research is to identify the impact of the managerial skills of the university youth on the direction of the establishment of small projects . The analytical descriptive method was used through the application of the study tools prepared by the researchers, which are as follows: (preliminary data form, management skills scale, measure of university youth orientation for the establishment of small projects), The sample of the basic study consisted of (146) young men and women from the university youth randomly selected from the faculties of Specific Education Shams University and Benha University from different social and economic levels. The appropriate statistical methods were applied to derive the descriptive results and results in light of hypotheses. Main results:
- There are differences of statistical significance in the direction of university youth to set up small projects for the benefit of males.
- There are statistically significant differences in the direction of young people to set up small projects according to age for the benefit of the older age group.
- There are differences of statistical significance in the direction of young people to set up small projects depending on the nature of the study in favor of practical colleges.
- There are differences of statistical significance in the direction of young people to set up small projects according to age for the benefit of the rural environment.
- Differences in the managerial skills of youth according to gender in favor of females.
- There are differences in the management skills of young people depending on the nature of the study for the benefit of practical colleges.
- There are differences in the managerial skills of youth depending on the level of income in favor of the high level of income.
- There is a positive correlation between university youth attitudes toward the establishment of small projects and all axes of administrative skills at the level of significance (0.01), (0.05).
- The existence of a correlative relationship between gender and age, the nature of the study, the place of residence and the work of the mother, and the attitudes of young university students towards the establishment of small projects.
