Effectiveness of a training Program to Develop the Performance of Graduates to make Small Business in Apparel Industry Field.

Training is an important tool for SME development. Researchers and policymakers recognize that small and medium-sized enterprises have a major role in the economy. In light of the Free Trade Agreements that were produced by the requirements of economic globalization and the liberalization of global trade, there is a challenge for small and medium enterprises in front of competition in the domestic and external market. On the basis of this challenge, the research aims to study the effectiveness of a training program for developing graduates ’performance to make small projects in the field of ready-made clothes, and a training program has been prepared to develop graduates’ performance for the ability to do small projects, . The study found that there are statistically significant differences between the average of the trainees' grades in the pre and post application of the achievement and skill test. Also, there are statistically significant differences between the average of the trainees' grades in the pre and post application of the achievement test in favor of the post application. There are also statistically significant differences between the average of the trainees' scores in the pre and post application of the skill test in favor of the post application. The research found that the training program is successful in achieving its goals and effectiveness in developing graduate performance for small projects in the field of ready-made clothes.
