Abstract

The Objective of the Study:             The current study aims to define the relationship between faculty members’ renewed roles in the following fields (academic, research contributions, scientific production, student activities, and community service) with the ambition level, critical thinking skills and achievement motivation among “Home Economics students”.
Results :  There is a statistically significant difference between the renewable roles of the faculty member (as a whole) and each item of them according to the functional specialization variable - in favor of - home economics and education. , There is no statistically significant difference between the renewable roles of a faculty member (as a whole) and each of its components according to the variable of the academic degree.,
