Abstract

The main objective of the research is to design and implement a training program for university youth to develop some of their human resources in terms of their dimensions (mental resources, emotional resources, physical resources) in order to establish small projects and reflect positively on the values ​​of citizenship in its dimensions (values ​​of belonging and patriotism, (Values ​​of political participation, values ​​of tolerance, values ​​of positive dialogue, values ​​of equality) where the data were collected through the application of the research tools (the general data form for the individual and his family, the human resources development questionnaire, Citizenship) on the research sample and basic strength (300 female university student) and the training program has been prepared and applied to the experimental sample of part of the spring 35 college students). After implementation, the three questionnaires were re-applied once again to the experimental sample to ensure the effectiveness of the training program through tribal and remote measurement. The results were statistically significant at 0.01 level in all the themes of the HRD questionnaire according to the income in favor of the average and high monthly income, according to the number of children in favor of the number of children (5-7) and (8 and above) According to the difference in the educational level of the mother in favor of the middle and high educational level, According to the different educational level of the father in favor of the higher educational level, according to the difference in the desire to work for the benefit of the government, according to the place of residence for the students who reside in the village, according to the work of the mother for the benefit of the students whose mothers work, according to the different profession of the father in favor of government work, Applied .
               There are statistically significant differences at the level of significance of 0.01 in all the themes of the questionnaire of awareness of the establishment of small enterprises according to the difference of monthly income in favor of the average and high monthly income according to the number of children in favor of the number of children (5-7) , According to the different educational level of the father in favor of the higher educational level, according to the difference in the desire to work for the benefit of the free labor, according to the place of residence for the benefit of the villagers according to the work of the mother in favor of the students whose mothers work according to the different profession of the father in favor of government work and self-employment, Applied Study.
               The existence of a statistically significant correlation between each of the responses in the awareness of the establishment of small projects and its axes and the development of human resources and its contexts, as well as between the responses in the development of human resources and its axes and the values ​​of citizenship and its relation to the responses in the awareness of the establishment of small projects, There were statistically significant differences at the level of significance of 0.01 between the mean and remote measurements of the experimental sample in the dimensions of the three questionnaires in favor of the average of the post-measurement. The effect of the proposed program on the awareness of the establishment of small enterprises and the values ​​of citizenship and human resource development was significant, The results confirmed the effectiveness of the training program to develop some human resources for university youth to establish small projects to strengthen the values ​​of citizenship.
             The researcher has made some recommendations through which the university youth can guide the right way to benefit from their human resources and the idea of ​​small projects to serve himself and his family and society and increase its patriotism
