Family Dialogue and Its Relationship to the Management of Some Family Resources As Recognized by a Sample of Female Heads of Household

Abstract

The objectives of the study were to identify the nature of the relationship between the family dialogue, the dialogue between parents and children, and the management of some family resources, as well as the heads of households in the three dimensions of financial income management, time and effort management, The level of family income, the level of family income), the nature of the differences between the heads of the working families and the non-working women in the family dialogue, and the management of some family resources as recognized by the three heads of household. For lesions between the heads of household sample study in family dialogue centrality, and management of some family resources as perceived by heads of households, the three dimensions depending on (the educational level of the head of the household, educational level, household head, household size, monthly income of the family, the nature of housing, housing type).
The present study followed the analytical descriptive approach. When a questionnaire on family dialogue was prepared and standardized, a questionnaire on the management of some family resources as realized by the heads of households in their three dimensions was applied to a sample of female heads of households chosen by a purposeful psoriasis method consisting of 200 female heads of Saudi and non- From the city of Riyadh from different social and economic levels.
The results showed a positive correlation between the family level and the management of some family resources as indicated by the heads of households in their three dimensions. There were no statistically significant differences between the average female heads of household and non-working women in family dialogue, As well as the absence of statistically significant differences among female heads of households in the family dialogue as a whole according to the educational level of the head of household, the number of family members, the nature of housing, and the existence of a statistically significant difference between female heads of households. As a whole, according to the level of education of the head of household, in favor of the high level of education of the head of household And there was a statistically significant difference between the female heads of households in the family study as a whole, according to household income, in favor of high income families, and the absence of statistically significant differences among female heads of households in the management of some household resources. The number of family members, and the existence of a statistically significant difference between the heads of households in the sample of the study in the management of some family resources as the heads of households are aware of the three dimensions according to the level of education of the head of the family, in favor of the high level of education of the head of the family, Sample of the study in the management of some household resources as recognized by heads of households in the three dimensions depending on the income of the family and for the benefit of high-income families.
The study presented a set of recommendations, the most important of which was the work of educational sessions for parents to sensitize them to the importance of using the method of dialogue in the family and impart the necessary skills for its application and work, and the need to instill parents in the children's independence and to give them an opportunity to discuss and dialogue while talking with them and encourage them to make their decisions And to encourage children to express feelings and emotions and then have different skills, and to educate all members of the family the importance of family resources and how to optimize the most important resource of money and time and effort because of their significant impact on life especially In light of contemporary changes in all social, economic and technological aspects
