Abstract

skills of basic techniques for the children's clothes, and the study's Tills research aims to activate the visual thinking by reinforcing the sample was formed of 23 students from the 2nd class of Home Economy Department in the Faculty of Specific Education-Tanta University, represented one group for application (before/after) studied the prepared program in the visual thinking method for somechildren's clothes, and followed the experimental descriptive affection of the proposed program, and that was done designed program, the note card of the skilledperformance (before / after) to measure the density of progressing and the complement of the functional skills for some basic techniques for children's clothes, testing for -the measurement of the visual thinking skills for the students (after) which is related with the functional performance for the implement techniques through the program.
Themost important research's results are:

Existence of a difference which is statically shown in the level (0.05) among the repetitions and the percentage of the performance's levels in the visual thinking test (complete, partial, low) for the performance evaluation themes for a suitable benefit, where the increase of the skilled performance level resulted to the complement in all the done clothes samples after using the program in the teaching method.
 Existence of a correlative relationship between the later students' application degrees in testing the skills of the visual thinking and the note card of the technical performance which is shown in the level of (0.01), and this ensures on the students' benefit in applying the proposed visual program and its functionality appearance in the technical performance by the note card and the technical level improvement during the functional applying.
