Abstract

The current research aimed at examining the effectiveness of a cognitive behavioral guidance program in alleviating the psychological rebellion, and the current research was conducted on a sample of (25) female students enrolled at the Faculty of Home Economics, Menoufia University, and The search tools applied werewere the PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) Scale (Prepared by: Davidson, 1995), standardization and Translated into Arabic by: AbdulazizThabet (2005);The Psychological Rebellion Scale (Prepared by the researcher); The Oxford Psychological Happiness Scale, prepared by Argyle et al. (2002), Translated into Arabic and standardized by Ahmed Abdel Khalek et al. (2003), and the Research Results Thereare statistically significant differences between the pre- and post-application of the psychological rebellion scale in favor ofthe post-test;There is no statistically significant difference between the post- application andfollow- up test of the psychological rebellion scale.
