Morphology is one of the sciences that emerged from the science of decorative design and has its specializations and objectives. It is based on design methods according to methodological and scientific rules. The research aims to identify the aesthetic and formative values

of some units of folk heritage (the art of Sinai embroidery and tulle) through the morphological analysis system of decorative elements and to prepare innovative designs to enrich the design of women's clothing for the age group from 25 to 40 years that combine authenticity and modernity. A previously prepared design evaluation form was adopted to evaluate the designs according to scientific and statistical methods to measure the opinions of specialists after 20 designs were prepared using the morphological analysis system and some Gestalt perception laws. The evaluation results according to the research tool used showed statistically significant differences between the averages of the opinions of the arbitrators for the proposed designs and their obtaining an average acceptance rate (100%), which indicates the success of using the morphological analysis system and perception laws in reformulating the folk decorative units and employing them to enrich the design of women's clothing. The research follows the descriptive analytical approach. At the end of the research, a group of recommendations and suggestions for future research that can be applied according to scientific standards to obtain new aesthetic and formative values
