The Effectiveness of a Suggested Training Program for Developing Integrated Supervision Tasks Performance and the Trend towards it among Home Economics Mentors

Abstract

The research aims to develop a list of integrated supervision tasks, design a suggested training program of performing integrated supervision tasks, and measure the effectiveness of it to develop the performance of integrated supervision tasks and the attitude towards it among home economics mentors. also revealing the correlation between the performance of integrated supervision tasks and the attitude towards it. The current study used the descriptive approach and the quasi-experimental approach. The study sample was comprised of (30) home economics mentors in Tanta’s school districts, Gharbia Governorate. The study tools include a list of integrated supervision tasks, a scorecard of it, a scale of the attitude towards it and a suggested training program. The results of the study showed that there was a statistically significant difference at the level (0.01) between the average scores of the home economics mentors in the pre- and post-test of the scorecard of integrated supervision tasks as a whole and its dimensions and the scale of the attitude towards it as a whole and its dimensions in favor of the post-test. There was no statistically significant difference between the average scores of the home economics mentors in the traceral and post-test of the scorecard of integrated supervision tasks and the scale of the attitude towards it.
