Effectiveness of a Training Program for Developing Integrated Supervision Tasks Performance and the Trend towards it among Home Economics Mentors

Abstract

The research aims to develop a list of integrated supervision tasks

design a training program of performing integrated supervision tasks
،
and measure the effectiveness of it to develop the performance of integrated supervision tasks and the trend towards it among home economics mentors. The research followed an analytical and experimental method using a quasi-experimental design. The study sample was comprised of (30) home economics mentors in Tanta’s school districts

Gharbia Governorate. The study tools include a list of integrated supervision tasks

a scorecard of it

a scale of the trend towards it and a suggested training program

The results of the research showed that there was a statistically significant difference at the level (0.01) between the average scores of the home economics mentors in the pre- and post-test of the scorecard of integrated supervision tasks as a whole and its dimensions and the scale of the trend towards it as a whole and its dimensions in favor of the post-test. There was no statistically significant difference between the average scores of the home economics mentors in the traceral and post-test of the scorecard of integrated supervision tasks and the scale of the trend towards it. These results reflect the effectiveness of the training program in enhancing integrated supervision tasks performance and the trend towards it
