The research aims to study the effectiveness of a guiding program to develop the awareness of workers in institutions with special mental abilities in green management and its relationship to the quality of personality. A mentoring program was planned, implemented, and evaluated; The research tools included a general data form for workers, a green management questionnaire, and a personality quality questionnaire. The sample of the main study consisted of (100) workers in institutions with special mental abilities, and the sample was chosen randomly. The experimental sample was deliberately chosen from the primary sample, and they numbered (17) workers in Shibin El-Kom — the analytical and experimental analyzed statistically using the Spss21 program. The results resulted in the existence of a correlation between the green management of the workers in its dimensions and the quality of personality in its axes, as it was found that there were significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental sample members in the green management before and after the application of the extension program in favor of the post application. The research recommends proposing a developmental initiative to activate the role of state institutions in adopting green management.
