Small Project Management and its Relationship Developing Family Resources for Women

Abstract

The current study aims to reveal the relationship between the management of small projects with its three axes (the planning axis, the implementation axis, and the evaluation axis) and the development of family resources for women in its four aspects (the development of time resources, the development of effort resources, the development of money resources, and the development of property resources The current study followed the analytical descriptive approach, where a questionnaire on managing small projects was prepared and codified, and a questionnaire on the development of family resources for women. Results There is a positive correlation at the significance level (0.01) between managing small projects and developing family resources. There are statistically significant differences between the average scores of women at the educational level in the questionnaire on managing small projects and its relationship to the development of family resources among women from the point of view of women as a whole. Significance level 0.001 in favor of women with a university qualification. The researchers recommend that specialists in the field of home management and institutions in the faculties of home economics, ministries, and specialized media programs concerned with the field of home management and institutions to develop awareness and disseminate executable guidance programs for individuals and families, especially women, about the conscious and rational use of family resources.
