The Effectiveness of the E-Projects Strategy in Developing the Skills of Designing and Producing Leather Goods

Abstract

The study aimed to identify the effectiveness of the project–based learning strategy in developing the skills of producing leather goods and producing electronic projects among the  Faculty of Home Economics, Menoufia University students. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the ADDIE system, which includes the descriptive approach and the experimental curriculum; the researcher designed three study tools (achievement test, skill test, the product evaluation sheet), the experimental design of two groups ( 35 experimental and 35 control ) was adopted. After checking the equivalence of the two groups, the study found that there are statistically significant differences between the averages of the student's degrees in producing leather goods skills by the student of the faculty of home economics, Menoufia university due to the application variable (pre-post) for the benefit of the post-application, and there are statistically significant differences between the averages of the students' degrees in the producing leather goods of the students' groups ( experimental-control) favor for the experimental group.
