The Psychology of Management and its Relationship to Factors Affecting Productivity in Ready-Made Garment Factories

Abstract

The aim of the research is to study the impact of training courses on developing the performance of officials and giving them the necessary skills to lead workers inside the ready-made garment factories, and then the countries have directed a lot of their efforts and capabilities to create the appropriate conditions that help increase the effectiveness of the manager and develop his skills and abilities so that he participates efficiently in the exploitation and directing of natural resources And humanity, just as the human element plays a distinct and influential role in the life of the facility to which it belongs to all the various economic sectors that make up the national economy structure of any country. They can carry out their duties, and from this a specialized training course was conducted in the preparation of leaders that is concerned with enabling the trainees to acquire leadership skills that distinguish them from others in their lives and work, in addition to teaching them a number of scientific tools to help them achieve psychological and professional compatibility for workers. A questionnaire was made and applied to workers in ready-made garment factories, and based on the results and discussion, the research concluded that management and leadership by officials have a significant impact on the efficiency of workers and their morale.
