Evaluation of Services in Institutions of the Blind in View of Green Management and its Relation to the Positive Thinking of the Blind.

Abstract

The main objective is to study the evaluation of services in the blinds’ institutions based on green management and its relationship to the positive thinking of the blind. The research tools have were applied during(August, September 2021), on a sample that included(50)employees of blind institutions and(100)blind who frequently visit these institutions, and they were chosen in an intentional and purposeful manner from different social and economic levels from the governorates of Cairo, Menoufia and Ismailia,and the research data were completed from personal interview questionnaires with the employees of the institutions of the blind and the blind who frequently visit these institutions. It included the preliminary data form for the workers and the questionnaire for the services provided in the institutions of the blind based on the green management with its dimensions, the preliminary data form for the blind, and the positive thinking questionnaire for the blind with all its axes. The study has followed the statistical methods, and it’s been classified and categorized using the statistical tools of the SPSS Ver.21 program, and the results pointed to There is a statistically positive correlation between the employees’ evaluation of services in the institutions of the blind based on green management and the positive thinking of the blind in their dimensions. The most important recommendation is to present a suggestive mentoring program to develop the awareness of workers in blind institutions of the importance of providing services in the light of green management, based on the result concluded.
