Abstract

The aim of the current study was to determine the nature of the relationship between social communication skills with its three axes, decision-making with its three axes, and the motivation for achievement in its three dimensions. And also the detection of the differences between wives (rural, urban), (working, non-working) in each of the social communication skills between spouses with its three axes and decision-making with its three axes and the motivation for achievement in its three dimensions, and determining the nature of the discrepancy between wives the study sample in social communication skills between spouses With its three axes, decision-making with its three axes, and the motivation for achievement in its three dimensions. The study sample included 500 wives, and the sample was chosen by chance from different social and economic levels, and the study followed the descriptive-analytical approach. One of the most important results of the study was the existence of a positive, statistically significant correlation between each of the social communication skills between spouses with its three axes, decision-making with its three axes, and the motivation for achievement with its three axes at the level of significance of 0.01, and the presence of a negative correlation with a statistical significance between some of the study variables, age and number of individuals The family and the skills of social communication with its three axes at the level of significance 0.01.
