The aim of the study is Saudis have been studied by basics and criterions of the right manner of consumption, to know what are the most important factors which effect on consumption of clothes per person, either outward or inward. to teach Saudis the knowledge of purchasing manner and it's big duty for right choosing.The study has advised to get the benefits from the studies of measuring the purchasing behavior in the process of shopping , creating periodic committees to measure it and suggesting program guide for the procurement process and showing the necessity to study the consumer's manner.
