Abstract

The research aims to investigate the effectiveness of using Marzano's model of the dimensions of thinking / learning in the development of academic achievement , creative thinking , and the Attitude towards subject of Home Economics among first-grade general secondary school students . The research sample was chosen among  first grade general secondary school students at Arab El-Raml secondary in Menofia governrate , and the research was limited on a sample of 60 students , (30) a student as acontrol group and (30) as student experimental group , the researcher used the descriptive analytical method and approach quasi-experimental , the tools were in : ( a test of academic achievement , test creative thinking verbal test, creative thinking forms of Torrance { photo } , the measure of attitude towards subject  ) , and the results revealed the presence of statistically significant differences at the level ( 0.01) between mean scores of students of experimental and control groups in the post application for ( achievement test , test creative thinking verbal test, creative  thinking formal Torrance , in a measure of attitude towards subject ) for the experimental group , the existence of a positive correlation at the level ( 0.01) between the test scores of creative thinking , and degrees of scale attitude toward subject of home economics in the post application for the students of the experimental group .
