Abstract

The change is life feature it is an essential feature of modern societies attributes whatever the degree of growth and development, and contemporary society is characterized by enormous dynamism and change rapidly in all economic, social, cultural and educational components, is no longer acceptable that isolated curriculum heuristic and remain fixed rigid always not respond as required by the agents of change.
Find a problem evident in wasting a lot of raw materials in the form of practical tests accumulated large quantities of Applied testing products within the department without a scientific approach to take advantage of them in addition to being represents a significant burden and need a way not harmful to the environment when disposed of.
The objective of the research is to ease the budget allocated by the college to finance the graduation by taking advantage of applied tests samples of previous years by employing the applied project a decision project. In the same time solve the problem of overcrowding in this section samples manner that does not harm the environment
it was the application of the Fourth Division, Faculty of Specific Education during the course of the project applied during the academic year 2011/2012.
