Abstract

The development of students' higher-thinking skills is the main purpose that teachers are pursuing in the educational process to achieve at all levels of education. There has been increased attention to the improvement and development of the higher thinking skills of school students at all levels of education, and to compatible with the tremendous cognitive advances in different fields, The research aimed to identify the effectiveness of using some Neural Branching strategies in teaching home economic to developing higher thinking skills for Preparatory school students, It relied on the analytical and semi-experimental approach. It was prepared A guide for a teacher based on Neural branching strategies and a female student activity pamphlet,  The research tool, which consisted of a higher thinking skills test, was applied to a sample of first-grade middle-grade pupils at the Abdul-Manim Riyad Zennara school, Tala Center in Menoufia governorate, The results of the research found a statistical difference at the level of 0.01 between the averages grades of the pilot group pupils and the experimental group pupils in the remote application of the higher thinking skills test in favors of the experimental group, The research demonstrated the effectiveness of using some of the neural branching strategies in teaching home economics to develop higher thinking skills for Preparatory school students.
