Quality of Family Crises Management and its Relationship With Life Satisfaction

The family exposed to many crises that differ in quality and intensity of family to another, There are economic crises resulting from inadequate income or mismanagement in dealing with crises, and the social crises that lead to maladaptation and weak linkages between family members, Crisis management is an effective way to deal with the crisis and face it, one of the most important elements of effective management that indicates the level of efficiency and quality of crisis management is dealing with the crisis in scientific methodology, as the efficiency and effectiveness of quality management method in dealing with crises is the standard of success and avoiding their drawbacks. or avoid the occurrence of the crisis, but, in the event of a crisis, they affect many aspects of individual and family life, where human feel life satisfaction when they live in conditions where is security, tranquility and good experiences to realize that he was happy and overcome the difficulties facing it.  Therefore, The objective of the current search primarily to study the relationship between the quality of crises management of family and life satisfaction, Search tools included on the general family data form, the rate prevalence of family crises questionnaire, quality of family crisis management questionnaire, Life satisfaction scale, and apply these tools in the interview in the time period from the beginning of may, 2013 to mid-August, 2013, on a deliberate thematic Sample of 336 husband and wife from Completed construction of a family (husband and wife and children), And from different socio-economic levels of rural and urban Menofia Governorate. The most important search results that: there is a statistically significant correlation at  significance level 0.01 between rate prevalence of family crises and Quality crisis management  family and life satisfaction, there is A positive correlation of statistical significance level (0.01) between the rate prevalence of family crises and   family size, age and duration of marriage, While this negative relationship with the variables of the educational level of the husband and wife and a level of income,  there is A negative correlation of statistical significance at the level (0.01) between quality crisis management family and  family size and the duration of the marriage, and significance at the level (0.05) with age, While this relationship is negative at the level of significance  0.01 with husband and wife's educational level and the level of income, There is a negative correlation of statistical significance level (0.01) between life satisfaction and family size and duration of marriage, There is also a positive correlation between life satisfaction and both the husband and the wife's education and income level, While there was no statistically significant correlation between the life satisfaction and the  age, There are significant differences in the level of significance of 0.001 of the rate prevalence of family crises and quality crisis management of family and life satisfaction due to variables (the residential environment, the work of the wife, the stability of income) in favor of  the urban environment, families of working wives, and fixed-income families respectively,  There is no significant differences between males and females in both the rate prevalence of family crises and quality crisis management of family and life satisfaction except axis reassurance came a statistical function at the level differences (0.05) in favor of  males, As it turns out that the housing environment is  the most of influential variables and an explanation of a variance in life satisfaction, followed by the quality of crises management of family, the rate prevalence of family crises, along with the educational level of the wife, the husband, income level and family size. One of the most important recommendations of the search need to promote a culture of quality in scientific management in family affairs in General and family crisis management in particular among all categories of family through seminars and instructional program and educational guidance through all the audio-visual communication channels and to satisfy their desires and goals and aspirations, so as to raise levels of life satisfaction.
