Therefore the researcher should be prepared a program based on Blended Learning To Acquistion The  basic skills to operate the sewing machine for people with Learning Disabilities, so as to invest the physical, mental and professional capacities to achieve economic benefit through the provision of decent work and social integration for this category, the research aims to build a program based on theblended learning Acquistion basic knowledge and skills to operate the sewing machine for people with learning disability, and measure the effectiveness of the proposed program in addition to measuring the direction of the trainees with learning difficulties about the proposed program, was to follow the experimental method to verify the study hypotheses, It was reached:
