This study draws attention on the significant importance of saving in the life of individual group, and nation-state, and also it draws the attention on the savings in Libyan’s family, and whether the Libyan family’s fathers practice the savings on their income, and in courage them to start saving, that’s because Savings are nowadays urgently required due to the service economic, social and developmental aspects of life, and the improvement of life style in the family .
