Assessment The Level Of University Student’s Awareness In Some Human Development Programs And Its Relationship To Their Attitudes Towards The Establishment Of Small Projects

The human development has become the focus of all of the world, where most people realized that the man is the way of development and its goal, where the human Development is a comprehensive process rooted in various aspects of life and human beings are its object and tools, and in the same time they are its goal, as it is a development by them for them,  because it is a necessary and important thing for every human society as it moves into a new phase of progress and prosperity but also to a better life. The youth is considered the active category and the most important segments of society, the burden of change and development is located on them, they are the most important human resources that all institutions of community give care for them and for their issues by providing all means and ways and possibilities that help them to discover new ways and concepts for the benefit of their lives, including the human development programs which considered an suitable introduction for youth  to gain a lot of experiences, skills, values  and positive ​​trends related to the composition of their personality and develop their abilities and responsibility and the preparation of human competencies able to develop positive solutions to meet the challenges of life and all the problems they face, especially the (unemployment, leisure time, ...... etc) by the trend towards the establishment of small projects with all the ability and competence. So the main goal of the study was to assess the awareness of university students in some human development programs and their relationship with their attitudes towards the establishment of small projects. The study was applied on 200 students from the students of the Faculty of Specific Education, Zagazig selected, they were chosen randomize from many social, economic and educational different levels. The results showed the following: There are an significant differences at the level of significance (0.01) between the average sample grades in the awareness of university students in some human development programs and attitudes towards the establishment of small projects according to the gender variable in favor of the male, there are significant differences at the level of significance (0.01) between the average sample grades in the awareness of university students in some human development programs and attitudes towards the establishment of small projects according to the housing variable in favor of rural areas, there are significant differences at the level of significance (0.01) between the average sample grades in the awareness of university students in some human development programs and attitudes towards the establishment of small projects according to the obtained human development programs variable in favor of Yes, there are significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the average sample grades in the awareness of university students in some human development programs and attitudes towards the establishment of small projects according to the age variable in favor of older, there are significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the average sample grades in the awareness of university students in some human development programs and attitudes towards the establishment of small projects according to the family size variable in favor of large family, there are significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the average sample grades in the awareness of university students in some human development programs and attitudes towards the establishment of small projects according to the mother and father education variable in favor of housewife with middle education, the results showed the following: there are significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the average sample grades in the awareness of university students in some human development programs and attitudes towards the establishment of small projects according to the family income variable in favor of middle income. There is a significant positive correlation relation between the awareness of university students in some human development programs and attitudes towards the establishment of small projects. The researcher recommends the inevitability of the development of the education system by re-structures, where the scientific and curriculum development programs include human abilities and skills development for the young people, and studying and applying the real meaning of small projects and linking education policy with the needs of the labor market of the graduates
