Abstract

Time Management for working women imbalance between work time and family time. The researcher has made an attempt to study sample of 300 married working women in the city of Tripoli. Were the form was filled as an interview data to illustrate time management for working women> The data were analysed according to this factor. The data of the survey showed that most of the respondent were working in the Government, and most of them were working for finnatial reason, to support their families, and the lowest proportion of the respondents were having private jobs, they were working only to show their confidence as a member of the society . The survey also showed that most of the respondents believed that their work affected their relationship with their families, but the lowest proportion of the respondents believed that their life changed to the best.. The research also found that most of the working women managed their time in helping their children in their study, and they have managed to have time for their social life. The research found some negative challenges for married working women. They become victims to the pressure of working and as an outcome they are forced to sacrifice the rewards that they receive at home, because of the rewards that they get from work
