Abstract

The research was mainly to identify the relationship between emotional intelligence and management of the family of the married relationships, study sample consisted of 301 married women (work-not work) from different professional groups, social, economic and varying levels, and on condition that the pair residing with them be in the same house She has sons (more than one son) at different ages were selected intentional way object-where the condition of the above, the study included public statements form tools, and a questionnaire of emotional intelligence, and questionnaire management of family relationships, then discharged and tabulated and analyzed statistically using (SPSS) program and keep track of this study, descriptive and analytical approach.     
The research results:
*There is a positive correlation statistically significant between emotional intelligence and management of family relationships for married at the level of significance (0.01)
*No statistically significant differences between working wives and wives of others workers in all axes of emotional intelligence, and all the management of family relationships axes at the level (0.001) for the benefit of workers.
*The lack of variation significant statistically among the wives of the study sample in each of the axis (maturity emotional, emotional communication, influencing emotional), the management of family relationships three Bmhaorh depending on the categories of number of years of marriage, while there variation statistically among the wives of the study sample in total emotional intelligence accordingly categories the number of years of marriage
*The presence of variation statistically among the wives of the study sample in each of the three axis emotional intelligence, managing family relationships the three axis depending on the level of education for the wife for the benefit of the high level of education

The recommendations of the study:
*Holding training courses for the development of emotional intelligence skills to the wives of its importance to the success of marital and family life, and in strengthening relations and ties between individuals.
*The need to hold seminars to increase cultural awareness among husbands and wives of the importance of family relationships, and the duties and rights of each of them and their impacts on their married life and the lives of their children
*Recommended media growing media programs for families interested in family issues and family relationships, marital problems, and directs the husbands and wives of the need and the importance of their success in their roles for the family and the community.
