Abstract

The research aims for undertaking an experimental study to achieve the best fabrics' kind produced by different blending ratios to accomplish the best functional and aesthetical characteristics for:  - the printing process, - the best binding material for the printing one,  - and the best concentration for the binding material which achieves the   superlative degree in printing operation.  To achieve the mentioned aims, three kinds of fabrics were used (cotton  100%- blending "cotton / Polyester50% : 50%" – blending "cotton / Polyester   65% : 35% ") by:the tabby woven structure , -  three kinds of united materials which are helpful in their different blanks:- citric acid with three blanks ( 5 gr./l. , 10 gr./l., 15 gr./l.)- disodium citrate with three blanks
 ( 5 gr./l., 10 gr./l., 15 gr./l.) - triple sodium citrate with three blanks
( 5 gr./l., 10 gr./l., 15 Gr./l)The results of what was done were that the produced fabrics of cotton wool100% with 10gr. blank of citric acid which is the superlative according to all  the functional and aesthetical characteristics for the printed fabrics under  the research in a quality of 57.63%. And as a result for what was confirmed  by the studies is that the citric acid has a harmful effect on the printing drawings because of the acid release significantly, for this, an exclusion  for the samples which are treated by citric acid was accomplished, and   taking in an account, the next sequenced samples that are treated by the  acid salt which works on the acid release by a less degree and the same ability of forming an unseen film to fix the printing on the fabrics with the keeping on all the functional and aesthetical characteristics for the printing operation with the properties : - the color fastness for the friction "dry-wet",  - the color fastness for the  washing "washing exuding-washing degree", the   test of the color fastness for ironing "iron exuding-iron degree" , - the test of the color fastness for the light).  Referring to what was mentioned, we can  provide the energy and used  time in the printing operation with the keeping on all the functional and  aesthetical characteristics for the printed fabrics during material  substitution ( the double aluminum phosphate with 10 gr. blanks ) that  needs a roasting operation to fix the printing on the texture with the  helpful binding material ( triple sodium citrate with 10 gr. blanks), and (disodium citrate with 15 gr. blanks) and cancelling the roasting operation
