Abstract

The aim of the present research was to investigate the effectiveness of reciprocal teaching through Home Economics curriculum in the development of achievement motivation and raising the level of achievement of preparatory stage pupils, the instruments of  the study included  an  achievement  test  and  achievement  motivation scale .The findings  of  the  study  revealed  that  the  experimental  group  pupils' achievement  and  achievement  motivation  improved  in  comparison  with  the  control  group . such  improvement  could  be  due  to  using  reciprocal  teaching  in  teaching  " Home Economics".
