Abstract

This research aims to study the effectiveness of the use of cooperative learning method in drawing Mannequin children from the age (3-6 years) with the rising of the level of achievement and performance skills in the field of fashion design children..Theresearch followsthe experimental method and the researcher prepared an achievement test objective in the unit of learning and items corrected, and a test of skill and scale performance assessment and measurement of some form of social skills. The sample consists of two groups, the first group consists of 24 students, who studied by cooperative learning, the second group consists of 22 students who studied by the traditional of teaching.The results were as follows:
1. The effectiveness of cooperative learning in the drawing Mannequin children from 3-6 years.
2. The superiorityof the experimental group (the study of cooperative learning style) to the traditional group (study style Demonstration) in both the collection of knowledge and performance skills.
3. The rising in social skills through cooperative learning level.
Therefore the researcher had proposed several recommendations; the most important one of them was organizing courses for those in charge of teaching the lessons of clothing for training on the use of cooperative learning in teaching.
