The research was to examine the relationship between The Family support for the  participation of young people in voluntary work with charities and  management of the some of resources.
         The study sample consisted of 300 young people participating in volunteer work charitable institutions of the age (16-30 years), consisted search tool from public data for youth co-Form in voluntary work and their families, family support for youth participation in voluntary work of charities three dimensions, and a questionnaire of some resource management dimensions of the four questionnaire.
research results:
The research found the presence of relational positive relationship at the level of 0.01 between the family support for youth participation in voluntary work of charities three dimensions, and management of some of the resources of the four dimensions, and variation statistically significant differences between the young people participating in voluntary work of male and female in the moral support at the level 0.05. variation statistically among young people participating in the volunteer work of charities in the sample after the material support when level of significance (0.01) depending on the term of the young man in the Assembly, variation statistically among young people participating in the volunteer work of charities in the study sample after skills resource management at the level of significance (0.05) depending on the term of the young man in the Assembly.
The recommendation of the study Find preparation of training courses for volunteers to help them understand the nature of volunteer work, the need to organize the work of charities under the conditions of contemporary societal conditions to ensure that determine the rights and duties of volunteers and provide legal and social protection and the development of skills volunteers, the importance of activating the role of youth in the practice of charity work in various forms and manifestations and work to provide what it needs from the material and moral support, there must be a significant part of the media to clarify the meaning of volunteer work and the fields and those who support it and who are interested in volunteering to provide their services and who are the categories in need the help of volunteers, the need to provide financial support to associations all legitimate methods .
