Using Of The Housewife Authorization Skill And Its Relationship With Management Skills To Children In Late Childhood

Family is one of the most influential groups in directing the individual's behavior since childhood, and so by exerting effective methods to refine the character of their children, which is the most important delegated them to perform some of the tasks and responsibilities of family - it represents an input and an environment suitable for learning the children a lot of experiences and tasks that cultivate different managerial skills, judging from this current study aimed to study the relationship between the skill of using the family housewife style authority and management skills to children in late infancy, where the data are met through the application of research tools and of (general data form, and a measure of  the authorization skill (process delegated), the managerial skills of the children on a sample intentional object-scale strength of 190 housewife, 190 children, It has been followed in this study, descriptive and analytical approach, by using a program (Spss.), The current study reaches the following findings:
            The existence of a positive correlation statistically significant between the housewife to use the authorization skill in some stage and management skills with some axes relationship, and there is no relationship between the statistically significant correlation evaluation stage and personal expense management skill.There are significant differences between the average sample grades study in each of the skill of using housewife authorization management skills to their children depending on the Gender for females, and depending on the place of family housing for the urban areas, and depending on the work of the mother for working mothers and her children.The presence of D. variation statistically between the average sample grades study in each of the authorization skill and management skills to their children  depending on the arrangement AD to the child for the first child, and depending on the size of the family for the benefit of small family size, depending on the age of the mother in favor of older housewife age, depending on the educational level of the mother in favor of the high educational level, and depending on the income in personal expense management skill for the benefit of the children of low-income families, and time management skills for the benefit of the children of high-income housewife.
            The study recommended that the attention of the housewife to exercise practical delegated with the children all and not restricted to a son only the first., Conducting outreach programs for women heads of households by researchers in the field of home management to develop their awareness of delegated stages to be followed during the delegate tasks and responsibilities of the family sons, and their role in the managerial skills of the children's development.
