By getting the use of traditional dress in the National day in the middle region (Najd) in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia reformulating the decorative units in the traditional dresses to enrich the produced designs, determining the opinions of 10  specialized evaluators in the proposed designs through questionnaire for their opinions, doing models of the proposed designs so as to keep the civilized features for Saudi heritage in children’ clothes in the National day. To  achieve this purpose, the researchers used Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop programs beside using the cross design and Cartah dress and theatre dress in inspiring the lines for the proposed models from both two, cloth of the traditional  Cartah dress from Shalky cloth, cloth of  the traditional theatre dress embroidered with decorative units of the chain stitch and Sequin fixing stitch using the golden metal threads (Zaryi) and golden sequins with using only two colors (green and white) for the for mentioned in relation to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s flag colors. The study followed the Descriptive and applied methodology and reached to that there  was statistically significant differences between the designs implemented in achieving the aesthetic values in the inspired dress  according to the opinion of the evaluators. where the value of (F) (85.20) which was of  a statistically significant value at  level (0.01),  The quality factor of the designs showed  that the best design is (20) where the quality factor (100) and the lowest designs implemented is  the design (11) where the quality factor (80). Also, there was statistically significant differences between the designs implemented in achieving appropriate range of decoration and stitching for the inspired dresses according to  the opinion of the evaluators where (F) (156.17) that is statistically significant at (0.01).   The quality factor  showed  that the best design is (17) where quality factor (99) and the lowest designs implemented (11), where the quality factor (80).  There are significant  differences values  between the implemented designs in achieving the artistic basis in the designs according to evaluators opinion where (F) value  (161.05), which is a statistically significant value at (0.01), and the quality factor of the designs showed that the best designs implemented is  design (17) where the coefficient Quality (99) and the lowest designs implemented is designs (6, 11) where the quality coefficients for them  (81).  There are significant differences values between implemented designs in achieving the evaluation aspects  (as a whole) according to evaluators where value  of (F) (288.393), which is a statistical significant  at the level of (0.01) and the quality factor of the designs, that the best design in achieving  design aspects  depending on evaluators opinion  (17) where the quality coefficients (99.38)  and the lowest designs in achieving evaluation aspects (as a whole) Is the design (11) where quality coefficients (81.38). There are statistically significant differences between the evaluation items  of  designs implemented according to the opinion of the evaluators where (F)  (0.758) which I is  statistically insignificant value at level (0.01), which indicates that there are no differences between the axes of the designs implemented according to the opinion of the evaluators. The quality factor of the designs showed  that the best axes in achieving the aesthetic values in the inspired dress, followed by achieving the technical bases in the design, followed by  functional performance, followed by the suitability  of motifs and stitches used for inspired dress.  The designs (17) and (18) were implemented as they had  highest scores in the light of the evaluation axes as a whole to emphasize the possibility of implementation.
