Abstract

Small industries and productive families play an important role in the evolution of the economic activity of any country, they are the backbone of any free economy and hence its importance in the development of the national economy appear, judging from the important role they can play those small industries and households produced in contributing to the achievement of economic and social objectives, the idea of research is to develop the skills of productive families through a proposed program to take advantage of exhaust and remnants of fabrics for the production of products with high quality.
The research aims to encourage productive families establish small projects and take advantage of exhaust and remnants of fabrics in the design and stitching a number of products, so as to contribute to the reduction of environmental pollution and increase awareness-raising in the treatment of exhaust and remnants of fabrics, as well as contribute to finding some appropriate solutions to the obstacles faced by the productive families in the area of the garment industry.
The researcher has used the descriptive and experimental, with a training program for some productive families in Saudi Arabia, the design and implementation of ten designs of exhaust and remnants of fabrics, in addition to displaying those products and evaluated from the perspective of the jury and a group of consumers through the questionnaire submitted to them.
And it reached the search results to the following:
•Results first hypothesis confirmed that there are significant differences between the averages of the group of the experimental and control group in the skill test differences in favor of the experimental group, where it turns out that the proposed program has achieved effective in give the experimental group design and implementation of some of the products the skills, where it turns out that there is a rise in temperatures the experimental group in the skill test after application.
•The results of the second hypothesis confirmed the existence of no significant differences between the averages of the group of the experimental and control group in skill performance differences for the experimental group, where it turns out that the proposed program for the design and embroidery of some products has led to a high level of performance skill experimental sample, which confirms the validity of the second hypothesis.
•The results of the third hypothesis confirmed that the product design of the exhaust port and the remnants of fabrics is feasible and functional and economical.
•Results fourth hypothesis confirmed that there are significant differences between the quality of the product and consumer demand relationship.
