The study sample Comprised on (400) householder workers and non-workers families from the countryside and town from Kafer Sheikh  and from different educational and economic levels and social , it has been used several tools to get the data and information and the necessary study prepared by the researcher have included : General data form for the head of the family , Questionnaire of motivation with three dimensions ( moral motivation – financial motivation – community motivation) , Questionnaire of the production efficiency of the head of the family with four dimensions  ( the desire to work – the ability to work – satisfaction with the work – creativity at work) , The study adopted descriptive and analytical approach , the most important results:
1.There is direct correlation a relationship between motivation  dimensions ( moral motivation – financial motivation – community motivation) and the production efficiency  dimensions  ( the desire to work – the ability to work – satisfaction with the work – creativity at work) at a level significance (0.01).
2.There is an inverse correlation statistically significant between the ages of the head of the household and the total motivation significance (0.01) level , while there is no direct correlation between the age of head of the household and the total production efficiency.
3.There is an  inverse correlation statistically significant between the duration of the marriage and the total motivation significance (0.01) level, while there is no direct correlation between the duration of the marriage and the total production efficiency .
4.There is an  inverse correlation statistically significant between the number of family members and the total motivation significance (0.01) level, while there is no direct correlation between the number of family members and the total production efficiency .
5. There is an  inverse correlation statistically significant between the education level of the head of the household and the total motivation at the (0.05) level , while there is no direct correlation between the educational  level of the head of the household and the total production efficiency .
6. There is a direct correlation statistically significant between the educational level of the head of the household and the total stimulus at the (0.05) level , while there is no direct correlation between the educational  level of the head of the household and the total production efficiency .
7. There are statistically significant differences in the total motivation according to the work of the head of the family , while there are no statistically significant differences in both total production efficiency, according to the work of the head of the family.

8. There are statistically significant in each of  the total motivation differences  according to the educational level of the head of  household and the head of the family at the (0.05) level for a higher education level  , while there are no differences  statistically significant total production efficiency, according to the educational level of the head of  household and the head of the family.
