Types of family motivation and its relation to optimizing the efficiency of fe male head of household's performance and her self-efficacy

Abstract

Basically, this study aims at studying the relationship amongst the types of family motivation in its two dimensions ( moral and financial motivation),  the aspects  of efficient performance  (desire of performing the work -proficiency in performance- innovation) and the self- efficacy of the female head of household. Also the study aims at studying the differences amongst the female heads of household (research sample) concerning the types of family motivation, improving the efficient performance and self-efficacy according to the situation of employment (work – does not work). In addition to studying the differences amongst the female heads of household (research sample) regarding the types of family motivation, improving the efficient performance and self efficacy according to the income levels. Moreover, it studies the differences amongst the female heads of household (research sample) regarding the types of family motivation, improving the efficient performance and self efficacy according to the educational level of the husband. The study tools had been applied to 300 female heads of household in rural and urban areas from different social and economical  environments and they were chosen by chance. The study tools  included elementary data form of the family, motivation types questionnaire, efficiency of performance questionnaire and self-efficacy questionnaire. 
The most important results: There is a correlation amongst the types of family motivation in its two dimensions (moral and financial motivation), improving the efficient performance in its aspects (desire of performing the work-proficiency in performance- innovation) and the self- efficacy of the female head of household.
There are no statistically significant differences amongst the female heads of household ( the sample )in rural and urban areas in the all the hubs included in optimizing the efficient performance questionnaire . In general there are  no statistically significant differences amongst the female heads of household in the rural and urban areas  regarding the self-efficacy. There are no statistically significant differences amongst the working and non-working  female heads of household in all hubs of the types of family motivation questionnaire. There are no statistically significant differences amongst the working and non-working  female heads of household in all hubs of optimizing the efficient performance questionnaire. There are no statistically significant differences amongst the working and non-working  female heads of household in the self-efficacy in general. There is no statistically significant variation among the female heads of household (research sample) in all the dimensions of the types of family motivation questionnaire according to the level of family incomeThere is statistically significant variation among the female heads of household (research sample) in all the hubs of the optimizing  the efficient performance questionnaire according to the level of family income There is statistically significant variation among the female heads of household (research sample) in the self-efficacy  according to the level of family income. The study suggested  some recommendations as follows: To activate the role of the social institutions  interested in the family like family guidance and advisory centers, via different social media until the female head of household be able to get the consultations she needs to increase her efficiency and self-efficacy . The social media should interest in presenting various programs encouraging the husbands to motivate their wives and push them forward.
