Abstract

This research aims to conduct an experimental study to show  " The effect of some applied methods on some physical properties of  Women's Abaya" The importance of this research is to determine the most suitable installation tissue, the number of weft thread to check the physical properties of the final product " women's Abaya" .The study was confined to the fundamentals of the research , including polyester cloth, warp thread ( 150\48 ), weft thread ( 300\90) , the total number of the warp yarns ( 10080 twist). While the research variablesare weaving installation ( plain 1\1, twill 2\3, Atlas 5) the number of the weft thread 850 twist, 1500 twist, 1800 twist). The produced textile studied in this research was underwent initial treatment and preparation in the Greatest Mahallah  Egyptian Company .
After that the produced textiles were tested in laboratories including (a tensile strength, elongation, prolapsed, and air permeability). This wasdone in the National Research Center in Cairo to determine the bestresearch variables that verify the functional properties of fabrics for women's Abaya. After the implementation of the fabrics studied in this research according to the specifications , the specific variables wereanalyzed by laboratory tests for the properties of the tested samples ofproduced fabrics using SPSS program to investigate the differentrelations among the research variables.
The study have reached the following results:
The best ore which achieved the prosperities of the functionality of the produced fabrics are Atlas 5 and the number of weft thread is( 850 twist\ m) in quality labs 82.2647% for all different tests , and the least ore in achieving the properties of the functionality of the produced  fabrics is Atlas 5 and the number of the weft thread is ( 1500 twist\ m) in quality labs 51.2647%.
