Abstract

This research aimed to study the effect of managment and leadership on workers' garment and determine the impact of incentives and their types on work in the industrial facility in addition to determine the effect of morale and its impact on workers, amount of production, level of quality and workers' satisfaction level a swell as determination the role of administration in raising production's level.
The results found that:        

There is a significant effect of management and leadership on the level of incentives, morale, workers' satisfaction at work and the level of production and quality in the garment factories.
There is a significant effect of incentives on both level of morale and workers' Satisfaction and level of production and quality in the garment factories.
There is a significant effect of morale's level on level of workers' Satisfaction ,level of production and quality in the garment factories.
There is a statistically significant relationship between workers' satisfaction with work and level of both production and quality in garment factories.
