A Suggested Training Program To Develop Trainee’s Skills At Vocational Rehabilitation Center In Clothes Manufacture.

Vocational Training centers are considered as one of the Training institution for rehabilitation of individuals to achieve the needs and the requirements of the society on a various fields including clothes manufacture , however Due to some deficiencies in the content of those centers it does not qualify the trainees for working at clothes manufacture so that a suggested Training program has been developed to improve the skills and knowledge of trainees at one of these rehabilitation centers discussing one of these topics of the suggested program on the research sample composed of 13 trainees and applicating of lognitive and skill testing and conduct a questionnaire to raise opinions of trainees toward research topic .
The researcher followed statistical transaction after making sure of sincerity and consistency of search tools and check the research hypotheses.
The results of the research showed efficiency and effectiveness of thensuggested program on learn about trainees through trying one of the research topics for known ledge and skills and presence of difference of statistical differences between the average of collective grades of experimental group trainees for performance skill and knowledge after application to favor trainees after program application and positively of trainees toward study the experimental lesson .
