Abstract

      The present study aims to study the participation of children in the management of family pressures and their reflection on their social responsibility. The study was applied to a sample of (300) boys and girls who are in the age group (14-17) and are in stable families and secondary schools. In order to reach the results of the research, the following tools were used: A - General data form for children and their families, 2 - Scale of participation of children in the management of family pressures, 3 - Scale of social responsibility of children. The research found the following results:
• Most of the social responsibilities of the children were personal responsibility, followed by family responsibility and social responsibility.
• There are statistically significant differences between the average scores of the sample members in the participation of children in the management of family pressures according to the variables of the study were differences in favor of females, the oldest age of children, the higher educational level of parents, and for working mothers, and in favor of high income level.
• There are statistically significant differences between the average scores of the sample in the social responsibility areas of the children according to the variables of the study.
