Abstract

The objective of this study is studying the correlation between the basis of change Management and The ability of kindergartens institutions to achieve competitive advantage and the perceived value of parents to achieve competitive advantage, Studying correlation between some variables (the educational qualification of the principal - the professional experience of the principal) with the basis of change Management and The ability of kindergartens institutions to achieve competitive advantage and the perceived value of parents to achieve competitive advantage, studying the differences in both the basis of change Management and The ability of kindergartens institutions to achieve competitive advantage and the perceived value of parents to achieve competitive advantage according to the type of kindergarten, Studing the realationship between the the educational qualification of parents - Monthly income of the family with The perceived value of parents to achieve competitive advantage, studying the differences in The perceived value of parents to achieve competitive advantage according to the profession of parents. The study tools included: the general data form, questionnaire of the basis of change Management and achieving competitive advantage questionnaire. The research was applied on a sample of (35) kindergarten   principals and (280) parents of children in these kindergartens in Menoufia governorate. which selected in Coincidence purpose way. The research followed the analytical descriptive method.
      The most important result: There was a a statistically significant positive correlational relationship  at 0.01 between the basis of change Management and The ability of kindergartens institutions to achieve competitive advantage and the perceived value of parents to achieve competitive advantage, The communication system was effective in the ability of kindergartens institutions to achieve competitive advantage. Information quality, the leadership style and the appropriate working environment for change were effective in the perceived value of parents in achieving competitive advantage in kindergartens institutions. Finally the basis of change management as a whole, the leadership style, the appropriate environment which led to the change and effective communication systems were effective in achievement of the competitive advantage as a whole for kindergartens. There was a a statistically significant positive correlational relationship  at 0.01,0.05 between the the educational qualification of the principal - the professional experience of the principal with the basis of change Management and The ability of kindergartens institutions to achieve competitive advantage and the perceived value of parents to achieve competitive advantage. There was a statistically significant difference at 0.01, in both the basis of change Management and The ability of kindergartens institutions to achieve competitive advantage and the perceived value of parents to achieve competitive advantage according to the type of kindergarten. There was a statistically significant negative correlational relationship at 0.01, 0.05 between the educational qualification of parents with the perceived value of parents to achieve competitive advantage. There was not a statistically significant difference in the perceived value of parents to achieve competitive advantage according to the profession of parents.
       Research Recommendations: Activating effective communication systems in kindergartens because they have a great impact on the contribution of kindergarten institutions to achieving competitive advantage. Holding training courses for principal in kindergartens institutions to develop their leadership skills. The leadership style has a great impact on the contribution of kindergarten institutions to achieving competitive advantage.  Restructuring the administrative system in kindergartens institutions to ensure the quality of information and create an environment suitable for change and achieve competitive advantage.  Implementing the elements of change success Manage change in all kindergartens to ensure that the advantage of competitive advantage
