It, also, aims to study the differences among the youth in the sample study concerning the factors of change-managing according to the place they live in (rural /urban), the gender (male/female), type of study (practical/theoretical), and mother's work (working/not working) ; and to know the nature of the differences among the youth in the sample study in the factors of change-managing and academic learning according to the percentage of the marks in the previous year, according to the number of the family members, the educational level of the parents, and the monthly income of the family.

The study sample consists of 333 randomly chosen university students, 169 male and 164 female; 198 living in rural areas, and 135 living in urban areas, from various social classes. The study tools included the data form, the change-managing factors questionnaire, and the academic learning questionnaire. The study used the analytical and descriptive methods.

The most important findings were as following; there is a statistically significant correlative relationship between all the axes of the change-managing factors questionnaire and all the dimensions of the academic learning questionnaire. There are statistically significant differences in behalf of the female in all the factors of the   change-managing. There are no differences between the two genders in the academic learning. There are no statistically significant differences between the sample study youth who live in the rural or urban areas in all the factors of the change-managing or the academic learning. There are statistically significant differences for the practical college students in all factors of change-managing. There are no statistically significant differences between the practical and the theoretical college students concerning the academic learning. There are no statistically significant differences between the youth whose mothers work and jobless mothers concerning the factors of change-managing, whereas there are statistically significant differences for the youth whose mothers are jobless concerning the academic learning. There is no statistically significant variation between all the factors of change-managing and the academic learning of the sample study youth according to the percentage of the previous year's marks. There is no statistically significant variation between all the factors of change-managing and the academic learning according to the number of the family members. There is statistically significant variation between the university youth of the sample study in all the factors of change-managing according to the father's level of education for the high level. There is no statistically significant variation in the academic learning according to the father's level of education. There is a statistically significant variation between the university youth in all the factors of change-managing according to the mother's level of education. There is a statistically significant variation between the youth in all the change-managing factors and in the academic learning according to the monthly income of the family for the group with medium income.

The study has suggested some recommendations like the assertion of the type of change-managing; developing a common future vision for the universities ; the necessity of spreading the culture of change among the youth ; trying to make remarkable achievement on the short run to help enhance the efforts aiming to make a change on the long run ; gaining the support to the youth to get useful education that enable them to serve and develop the society; developing the awareness of the people working in the university ( deans, professors, assisting staff, clerks, and workers ) ; adopting changes to meet the challenges that face them and providing them with the required skills to deal with them inside the university effectively ; giving due interest to the university environment concerning the buildings, the lecture halls, the desks, the libraries and the laboratories ; the university should determine their study requirements and qualify the professors and the assisting staff to raise the academic learning level. The family should give their sons the freedom to choose the scientific field that suits their abilities, skills, and mood .
