The study tools were applied to a sample consisting of (100) one hundred youth with special abilities dynamically from the hesitant and participating in the games, and they were chosen deliberately by means of coincidence from different educational, economic and social levels. This study followed the descriptive and analytical approach, and the data were statistically analyzed using the spss program.

The researcher recommends the necessity of activating the role of governmental and non-governmental civil society institutions in order to facilitate the movement of people with special capabilities to grant and material loans to establish their productive projects.
