Abstract

The objectives of this study were to identify the nature of the relationship between self-management of children in its five dimensions (time management, anger management, social relations management, self-confidence, self-motivation), quality of family life for children in its four dimensions, , The rank of the son between the brothers, the number of family members, the level of education of the father and mother, monthly income categories), the nature of the differences between the male and female children, the children of the schoolchildren and the university students, the children of the workers and non-workers in the self-management of the children in its five dimensions and quality of life And the quality of the family life of the children by interviewing the four according to (age of the son, order of the son among his brothers, number of family members, categories of monthly income, educational level of the mother , Father profession).
     The study was followed by the analytical descriptive approach. The self-management questionnaire for children was prepared and codified in its five dimensions and the quality of the family life of the children in the four interviews. It was applied to 200 children from different social and economic levels.
     The results showed that there is a positive correlation relationship at the level of significance of 0.01 among self-management of children as a whole and quality of family life for children as a whole, as well as the absence of statistically significant differences between the average scores of boys and girls in self-management of children, quality of family life for children, There were statistically significant differences between the average score of the sons of non-working women and the workers in the quality of the family life of the children as a whole at the level of 0.01 for the benefit of the non-working children. There was also a statistically significant difference between the children in the total self-management of the children according to the age of the children Mohammed at the touch 0,05,0,05 For the children under 15 years of age, the average sample population of 5-8 individuals, respectively, was not statistically significant among the children in the total self-management of children according to the order of the son among his siblings, The father's level of education, the father's level of education, and the statistically significant differences between the children of the sample in the total quality of family life of the children, according to the order of the son among his brothers, the categories of monthly income, father's profession at the level of significance 0.001, 0.001, Below that, high-income families of 20 thousand riyals and more, the career of the father Ali Respectively, there was no statistically significant difference between the children of the study sample in the total quality of family life of the children according to the age of the children, the number of family members, the educational level of the mother.
     The study presented a number of recommendations, the most important of which was the family's commitment to achieve family quality standards for family members, and the impact on individuals, families, local society, regional society and the national society. Self-management positively.
